The FLI group’s activities are broadly organised in four divisions namely Soil Remediation, Water, Semi-Precast Concrete Engineering and Geosynthetics. Each business within every division operates independently as its own individual entity but with all the benefits of a larger group with a set of common goals and culture.
The origins of the FLI Group lie in the design, supply and installation of Geosynthetic solutions for the landfill and mining sectors throughout the world. Today our primary focus is on the landfill sector in France and its domestic territories as well as providing specialist selected services for the worldwide mining sector.
Our Remediation activities are led by VertaseFLI and FLI QDS. VertaseFLI is a leading contaminated land, brownfield and environmental contracting specialist encompassing remediation, demolition, earthworks and groundworks. FLI QDS is also vastly experienced in all areas of contaminated land and brownfield remediation from our four offices across the UK and with over 10 years of practical and technical experience, we provide design and construct remediation services to customers who are developing land or have responsibility for legacy issues.
Our Water Division is led by FLI Water and FLI CAP Technology. FLI Water Limited provides engineering services & process technologies to the water & wastewater utilities sector in the UK and Ireland. Our combined offering includes metalwork fabrication, mechanical & electrical installation, submerged aerated filters (SAF), solids filtration, biological aerated flooded filters (BAFF), high efficiency aeration, ultraviolet disinfection and hydroturbine generation. FLI CAP Technology is a specialist in the design, supply and installation of industrial effluent treatment plants with the resources and ability to progress projects from initial feasibility studies through to the supply and installation of full-scale plants.
FLI Precast Solutions is at the forefront of large off-site fabrication technology and have undertaken responsibility for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of some of the largest infrastructural projects in the UK. FLI Carlow utilises industry leading design and precast concrete engineering techniques to produce a range of innovative products from water retention structures to Data Centre cable chambers.
FLI China is the latest venture for the FLI Group and was formed in 2018 to service the Land Remediation and Oil Sludge Recovery sectors. A small permanent team of Engineers and Business Development people are based out of our office in Shanghai.
